products. However, slight variations may occur due to the
handcrafted nature of many ethnic garments.
We offer sizing guides to assist you, but cannot guarantee a perfect
fit.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change.
We accept various payment methods, which will be clearly displayed
at checkout.
Sales tax may apply depending on your location.
- Orders and Shipping Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will
process and ship it within 2 to 4 Weeks.

Within India
Shipping of our products within India is free and completely borne by
International shipping
The charges for international shipping will be charged. However, for
custom/ made-to-order shipping charges will be calculated based on
the weight and volume of the package and the country where the
delivery is being dispatched to. Shipping charges for orders will be
shared upon inquiry.
- Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right
do let us know. Our garments are all on a made to order basis and
specially handcrafted for you.
Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
Post Purchase Service offered:
We are happy to extend complimentary alteration services up to 90
days from date of purchase. This complimentary service is only
available for basic alterations. Other alterations requests are
available upon reviewing the outfit and may incur a charge.
For International orders, we recommend alterations, if needed, are
planned well so as to incur minimal shipping costs which will need to
be borne by the recipient. To place an alteration request, you can contact us here, visit one of
our stores.
