   The fit of our products depends on the cut, fabric, and style of each product. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size for you. Note that the actual fit may vary between products. While we strive to display the colours of our products accurately on the website, we  cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as electronic devices vary. Colours might also appear slightly different in photographs compared to the actual products. We do not provide any guarantee for the garments on our website, whether it concerns color fading or any accessories. We do not offer guarantees for any items. We suggest that you prefer dry cleaning, and we ensure that we take care of everything on our side.
   
   
4. Delivery
   Products will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the specific outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or queries, please contact us directly. Please note that delivery times may be affected if we do not receive timely:

4. Prompt responses from the customerWe make every effort to ensure timely delivery and have partnered with third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, we do not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party vendors.

   KUMUD DESIGNS PVT LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

6. No Exchange, No Refund, No Return Policy
   All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with product  colour, fit, or style. Please ensure your selections are correct before making a purchase.

   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
